Halloween started off on Thursday with carving the pumpkins. Brady picked out what he wanted his pumpkin to look like and helped scoop out the gooey insides.
Happy Halloween from a very cute Mater! Brady had a great time trick or treating with Hailey and Aidan, and all the other neighborhood kids. We had his costume for almost a month before halloween and he refused to wear it, so on friday we told him that if he wanted to go trick or treating he had to wear his costume, it worked and he loved it. He went to the doors and said trick or treat, then was very polite and always said thank you! He wanted to go trick or treating again on Saturday. After trick or treating Papa and Mr Jeff had the fire set up in our driveway, Brady got to roast marshmellows and play with the cul-de-sac kids. A great friday night and Halloween.Saturday night we went over to Josh's bosses parents house for a little halloween get together. Brady had a great time playing with all the kids, and loved dancing in the garage with everyone to the Halloween music. He and Beau had fun being non stop boys together.

Firetrucks, Pumpkin Patch and Birthday Parties!
Ok, so we have been busy, busy as always. I forgot to post his visit to the firestation for his 2nd birthday so here are some of those pics. He like the firetruck as long as he was close to Grammy, which made it hard to get any really good pictures. He enjoyed himself though and talked about it the rest of the day.
He got to have M&M's after seeing the firetruck and thought it was funny to stick out his tongue and show mommy the chewed up M&M's
We went to the pumpkin patch over the weekend. The morning started out sort of yucky but once it stopped raining we had a great time. We rode the tractor out to pick out our pumpkins. Brady would find a pumpkin and look to see if it was nasty, if it wasn't he would say "this one" and we would ask if he was sure, he would move from the pumpkin he thought was the one to another one and we would go through the same thing.
We had to try for a family picture, not very much luck. . . the one of mommy and Brady is better!
He wouldn't ride with anyone else but Grammy on the tractor.
He liked going through the corn maze, he thought it was fun to walk off the path and go through all the rows of corn.

Happy 2nd Birthday!
I can't believe that Brady is 2 already, it feels like just yesterday that he was a tiny little baby in the NICU. He is growing up so quickly, I know everyone always says that but it now I know what they mean. I thank God everyday for the wonderful blessing that he gave us in our little guy. He is the most wonderful, independent 2 year old I know. When I say independent, I'm not joking, he wants to do everything for himself. Sit in the big boy chair, serve himself, drink out of a grown up cup, go potty on the potty. Ok enough doting on the "do no wrong" wonder child,
The birthday celebration started on Friday with a party at school. He and Cara, his girlfriend whose birthday is 2 days after Brady's, shared cupcakes and goody bags with their classmates.

Life of the Party
So my sister got married this weekend and Brady was supposed to be the ringbearer, he had a handsome tux and everything. He did great at the rehearsal, running around being super cute and walking down the isle. The day of the wedding all I can say is thank goodness for Grandma's. Brady wanted nothing to do with getting dressed or walking anywhere close to the chapel. Thank god for my wonderful mother in law who came to the wedding, to see him in his super cuteness, and ended up taking care of him during the whole ceremony! At the reception, he turned into the life of the party. He was chasing the flower girls the whole night and when we started dancing he didn't stop! He got sad when they played slow songs and kept asking for more dance. He even hopped in the locomotion line, between two people he didn't know, and followed us around the room.
