First Picnic

We walked up to the school playground for our first picnic of the season. The day started off beautiful, sunny and warm. By the time we got to the park and started to eat the clouds came in, the wind picked up and it got cold. Needless to say the walk back was a little crazy. The picnic was fun though. Alyssa was all over the blanket and wanted to eat everyone else's food but it was fun none the less.

Outside, Forts and the Dishwasher

The weather is finally getting nice and we are able to play outside. Alyssa loves it, as does Brady. Now that Alyssa can walk she is all over the place trying to keep up with the big kids!

Washing off our feet after playing in the sandbox. He thought it was pretty cool that he got to wash his feet outside.

The best fort ever, it covered most of his room. Best of all it had his TV and bed in it so he loved watching TV in his fort.

Alyssa loves playing on and in the dishwasher. She is always there to help unload the dishes even if they aren't clean!

What's New

She is growing up way to quickly. Alyssa now walks with a walker, eats all table food and is already giving up her bottles, where did my baby go?

Talk about grown up, Brady is not little anymore. He is such a big kid and amazes me everyday with the things he knows and does.
Eating oreo cookies. The other day we were playing and then he disappeared, next thing I know he is sitting at the table eating an oreo. He thought he needed one so he went to the pantry got one out and sat down to eat it!

Alyssa had to have one too. . . to celebrate her 9 month birthday!

They play so well together it always amazes me. Alyssa always wants to do what Brady is doing and he is so good about letting her play with him eventhough she usually destroys whatever it is that he is playing with.

Alyssa loves to play in the cupboard with Brady's cups and to help unload the dishwasher whether it needs unloaded or not!

We finally got to build a snowman. Tons of snow this winter and only once was it good enough to make a snowman.
