The Water Park!

We went the the Carmel Clay Water Park today with Aunt Stie, Grace and David. Brady had a blast and completely wore himself out. He played in all the pools, went down the slide in the kiddie area and relaxed in the lazy river. We saw Kaelyn, his favorite "big" friend from school, and went down the lazy river with her.

The Zoo!

We took Brady to the zoo for the first time on Sunday. He loved looking at all the animals, he was completely amazed at everything. We watched the dolphin show and saw the lions, monkeys, fish, lizards, elephants and every other animal you can think of.
The sea lions kept swimming by and Brady would say "Big Fishy" and laugh.
Looking at the penguins, they kept jumping in the water and making big splashes!
The elephants were eating grass when we saw them, Brady will tell you what they were doing if you ask.
Papa and Brady had to feed the ducks french fries, he thought that was really cool and wanted to keep feeding them, except we ran out of french fries.

The Splash Park!

We went to the Dillion Splash Park the other day. He loves the water and would hardly stand still long enough for me to get any pictures.

He loved playing in the fountains, and got mad when they would shut off

He liked running through the arch that sprayed water
Brady loves his popsicles and had to have one when he was done playing in the water.
Everytime he would go through the water he would scream really loud, watch and see. . .

Happy 4th of July! We had a fun 4th, not much going on, just a few goodies to eat, some fun with the doggie and fireworks! Brady didn't really enjoy the fireworks, they were too loud, but he watched them from inside with mommy and thought that was a much better option.

Eating "Ready Whip" straight from the can

Playing in the sink at Grammy's, always so much fun!

Feeding Cheetos to the Aunt Sarah's doggie, they are best buds now!

Happy 4th of July Mommy (Aunt Sarah)!

This is a super cute video of Brady dancing with "Stie". He was really getting into it and busting some moves.

Lately. . .

We haven't been up to anything different lately. Playing outside, watching the "buggy" movies and soaking up the sun! Here are a few pictures to keep everyone up to date.
Look at that hair!
Hanging out at the pool, soaking up the sun!
Way to cool
Kissing the doggie! He is very fond of Sarah's puppy now. Brady likes to share his cheetos with Maverick and take him for walks!

Fun in Fiddlesticks

We went to Lafayette yesterday to hang out with Aunt Sarah. She bought Brady a pool and we spent the whole afternoon outside playing in the splashy! He was very funny. . . he chased everyone with the hose and thought it was hilarious to get everyone wet. We played in our swimsuit for most of the day but then he had to go nakie for a little while. He thought it was very funny to pee on the deck and then wash it away with the hose. He had to keep taking breaks to get drinks of Coke and eat some chocolate. He warmed up to the doggie very quickly this time and would follow him around saying "hi" and trying to pet him. Thanks Aunt Sarah for lots of "splashy" fun in Fiddlesticks!

He had a great time in Fiddlesticks but we were tired. . . it was a buggy movie and his chair when we got home!
Some videos of the fun. . .

Good Ole Summertime!

Summer is the best! Thanks to spray on sunscreen we now get up throw on a pair of shorts, spray on some sunscreen and head outside. Brady is constantly on the go, always wanting to be outside and doing something. We got out the pool "splashy" for the first time a couple days ago and he loves it. He loves to play with our neighbors in the pool. His hair is getting lighter by the day and his tan is getting darker by the minute, as if he wasn't handsome enough already. Here are some pictures and a video of what we have been up to this summer. . .

Brady helped fill up his pool for the first time. I think he got it a little backwards but he was loving it so why not let him do it!

This is better, at least we have on a swim suit now!
He loves to go to the rocks and look for bugs, he will turn them over and go "no bugs" then move on to the next rock. I think he was shouting at the ducks in this picture.
Playing in the "splashy" with our neighbor Hailey. She is almost 4 and Brady thinks she is the best thing ever, not to mention her brother Aiden who is 1 who will be Brady's best bud soon!

Eating a popsicle, just a little break from the "splashy"

This one is for Aunt Sarah, nothing better than chocolate poptarts and chocolate milk for breakfast! All while watching tv, now that's a good breakfast.

We went to the big pool today with Aunt Kristie, she is nannying for a family that has a neighborhood pool. Brady loved it, we pulled up and he got very excited and started going "big splashy" over and over. He had no fear, which is good and bad, he got right in with Aunt "Stie" and was splashing and kicking and having a great time. He jumped in, with some help, tried blowing bubbles and was kicking his feet. I think we are going to have a little swimmer on our hands. I took my camera to capture some of these moments but didn't realize the battery was dead, so maybe next time.

The joys of being a grandma or in Brady's terms a "Manay"

Some videos from the weekend. . .

Going down the slide at the park, he has no fear,

any tunnel slide he just dives right down on his belly!

This is Brady attempting to race in the Mini 500. He got about half way down, saw Cara and followed her back. Gotta stick by his girlfriend!

You might of had to be there to understand the humor in this video,

but Kristie and Brady were being so funny!

Helping Grammy wash the chairs, maybe. . .

We have been one busy family lately. Brady has been the busiest though, he is constantly on the go, always doing something. Here is a little bit of what we have been up to lately. . .

Painting a birthday card for grandma. . . Happy Birthday Grandma!
Playing on the dishwasher, like he knows he isn't supposed to do!
His new favorite, playing in the splashy in mommy and daddy's shower
The last day at gym class, we'll start back in the fall hopefully. He loves the class and all the cool things he gets to play with when he is there!
Having our first picnic in the park. Brady was more concerned about going down the slide than eating his lunch.
Getting ready to race. His school does a Mini 500 each year before Memorial Day weekend, all the kids race around the parking lot on their big wheels (this year it rained so we had to race inside).

Looking at the splashy with papa before the parade.
We got to go the the 500 parade this year. Brady loved it and did exceptionally well the whole time. We had a suite indoors on the 2nd floor of the Hilton Gardens, thanks Aunt Anne! Brady got to watch the whole parade without anyone's head in the way. He love the huge balloons, and the police officers on their motorcycles!
