Some videos from the weekend. . .

Going down the slide at the park, he has no fear,

any tunnel slide he just dives right down on his belly!

This is Brady attempting to race in the Mini 500. He got about half way down, saw Cara and followed her back. Gotta stick by his girlfriend!

You might of had to be there to understand the humor in this video,

but Kristie and Brady were being so funny!

Helping Grammy wash the chairs, maybe. . .

We have been one busy family lately. Brady has been the busiest though, he is constantly on the go, always doing something. Here is a little bit of what we have been up to lately. . .

Painting a birthday card for grandma. . . Happy Birthday Grandma!
Playing on the dishwasher, like he knows he isn't supposed to do!
His new favorite, playing in the splashy in mommy and daddy's shower
The last day at gym class, we'll start back in the fall hopefully. He loves the class and all the cool things he gets to play with when he is there!
Having our first picnic in the park. Brady was more concerned about going down the slide than eating his lunch.
Getting ready to race. His school does a Mini 500 each year before Memorial Day weekend, all the kids race around the parking lot on their big wheels (this year it rained so we had to race inside).

Looking at the splashy with papa before the parade.
We got to go the the 500 parade this year. Brady loved it and did exceptionally well the whole time. We had a suite indoors on the 2nd floor of the Hilton Gardens, thanks Aunt Anne! Brady got to watch the whole parade without anyone's head in the way. He love the huge balloons, and the police officers on their motorcycles!

Here is the video of Brady walking like a duck. He is so funny when he does it, I don't know where he learned to walk like this but we didn't teach him.

Brady was a big help over the weekend. He helped papa plant the grass seed in the backyard. He even put down the dirt and spread it around.

next comes the dirt
gotta be just like papa

On Friday we went to Grammy and P Breeze's. Brady had a great time playing in the "splashy" and throwing rocks in the new home construction areas.

Happy Mother's Day and Other Things. . .

Happy Mother's Day. . . a little late but better than never. We had a pretty busy Mother's Day weekend. Josh made me and aunt Kristie breakfast on Sunday morning then we went to Lafayette to visit aunt Sarah! Here are some pictures from the weekend and some from this week. . .

Brady got to have Dairy Queen for the first time by himself on Friday, he loved it!

On Saturday we played outside with our neighbors Hailey and Aiden. Brady and Hailey rode in his golf cart then Brady thought he needed to ride Hailey's big girl bike. He thought he was "big stuff". Saturday night Grandma and Papaw came over for Mother's Day dinner!

For the past couple of days Brady has been wanting to watch his Baby Einstein videos. He will stand in front of the tv or bring me the remote and say "buggie" which is what he calls the movies. It is pretty cute!

At dinner tonight Brady and Papa decided to play peek-a-boo! Brady was very messy but super cute. . . here is a video of how cute they are!

He also thought he needed to run around in just his socks and sandals, don't ask me why!

Busy, Busy, Busy

We have had a very busy week here are some of the things that have been going on. . .

John, Olivia and the girls came over on Saturday night for dinner. Brady thought it was a lot of fun to play in their car seat. This is Brady talking to Madison, he had fun playing with Hailey from next door too.

On Sunday Brady helped Grammy and P Breeze dig a big hole. He did a great job at scooping out the dirt and throwing it in the yard.

He played in the "splashy" at Grammy's and thought that was pretty cool!
Grandma and Papaw got Brady a fishy that he absolutely loves. The fishes name is Splashy I believe. Brady is doing a great job of feeding the fish, and loves to watch him swim around.
Sunday night our friends Jason and Kim came over, along with Aunt Kristie and Uncle Sam. Brady and Aunt Kristie had a good time sharing her coke. Brady was being extra goofy for Kim.

On Monday Jamie, Dylan and Matthew came over. Matthew is only 2 months old so I got out Brady's bouncy chair. Brady thought he should sit in it instead of Matthew. He now wants to sit in the "nigh night" when he gets sleepy.

Monday night we had dinner at Grammy's and played on the playground. Brady loves the slide, he spent most of his time though trying to convince mommy and Grammy to take him over to the "splashy" (pond).

And the best impersination for the kid on Jerry McGuire goes to.. .

Weekend Update

Some super cute pics from last weekend. He was playing with Grammy, thus the big smile!

He had to have his duckie on the zebra with him, it was very cute.

I made him and Josh "I love you" cakes for dessert, Brady loved his, can you tell?

March for Babies was today. We had a great time, it was really a neat experience and I loved that we got to be a part of it. We are so blessed to have our son, I wouldn't change his time in the NICU for anything, it made us the family we are today. Thank you to everyone who donated to the March of Dimes, here are some pictures from the walk.

Brady liked seeing Madison and Reagan, he was even kissing on Reagan a little bit. He and Dylan had a good time going down the huge slide they had set up at the end of the walk.
